HOSTESS HELPER Equipment add-ons

Bringing your own food? You may need our food service presentation equipment. Here is what we offer:

  • Serving Equipment pack-$100 includes 2 glass beverage dispensers, serving platter assortment, cake stand assortment, two 9 qt electric chafing dishes, serving utensils, ice bucket
  • Disposable elegant white plastic with gold rim tableware for up to 50 people; includes dinner plate, salad plate, rolled utensils and cup-$75
  • Gold Charger Plates-decorative only- $25 for up to 50 people
  • Adult Tea Party Service-equipment only-$100 (fine china cups and saucers, real tea pots, sugar and creamer pots, tiered trays) for up to 50 people
  • Child Friendly Tea Party Service-equipment only-$75 (decorative paper tea cups and saucers, real tea pots, sugar and creamer pots, and tiered trays) for up to 50 people

PETITE PRINCESS Character Entertainment add-ons

Our sister company, the Petite Princess Company, is Louisiana’s most trusted name in children’s character entertainment. Let us bring your child’s favorite fairytale characters to life. Bonus: There is a discount on the packages below because you are booking your venue with us!

  • 1 hour package (princess or seasonal character only)- $175 (includes photos, autographs, 3-4 song singalong, storytime, coronation with crown and certificate, Happy birthday ceremony)
  • Add another princess to the one hour package for an additional $125
  • 20 minute Drop in (princess or hero)- $100 (includes photos, autographs, 1-2 song singalong, Happy Birthday ceremony)
  • Add another character to the 20 minute Drop in for an additional $90
  • 1 Hour Mascot or Hero Character (requires assistant)- $225
  • 20 minute Drop in (mascot)- $155

Let us help you decorate! You pick it out, we have it set up for you on site and ready to go when you arrive. Below are a list of available centerpieces. It is a flat rate of $50 to use any one set from the list below.

PETITE SWEETS

We have partnered with our neighbor, Paige’s Pantry, to provide sweet and savory food options. Food is served on tiered trays which are included when you purchase a food package. We place the order and have it on site ready for your event. Got other plans for food? You are welcome to bring your own in! We have a fridge and microwave on site.

SWEET SIPS

We can prep and provide tea in steeped in pots, hot coffee in a stainless dispenser, water and apple juice or strawberry lemonade in our glass dispensers. Or you are welcome to bring your own drinks!

PIXIE DUST PARLOR-During Party Packages

Our Pixie Dust Parlor party group experiences are “in addition to” a venue rental. This includes exclusive use of our beautifully decorated parlor with child-safe, non toxic “makeover” supplies. Please note we DO NOT apply any professional makeup or do hair styling. This is simply a fun glam-accessory experience. Parent must be present with the child in the parlor and a waiver must be signed on site.

  • $50-Birthday Child Only makeover during party booking. Child will receive a nail color of their choice, face jewels, pixie dust hair glitter spray and a crystal tiara by one of our fairy godmothers along with a birthday sash. Approximately 10 minutes.
  • $200-Group experience for up to 6 children max including birthday child during party booking. Children will receive a nail color of their choice, face jewels, pixie dust hair glitter spray and a crystal tiara by one of our fairy godmothers. Children are rotated out of the parlor throughout the party. Approximately 5 minutes per child.
  • $350-Group experience for up to 15 children max including birthday child during party booking. Children will receive a nail color of their choice, face jewels,pixie dust hair glitter spray and a crystal tiara by one of our fairy godmothers. Children are rotated out of the parlor throughout the party. Approximately 5 minutes per child
